RESPONSABILITATI

Indirect Materials Buyer

Key position responsibilities:
- Owns the acquisition process, quality, cost, delivery and service performance objectives for part of the indirect materials acquisition and related services procurements;
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies aligned to the company requirements in the area of responsibility;
- Negotiates and administers Long-Term Supply Agreements (LTAs);
- Increases Emerging Region expenditures;
- Monitor indirect acquisition projects and maintain unique SAP methodology for managing the acquisition process.
- Works closely with other functions/SBGs/Corporate Supply Chain, mainly with manufacturing organization and maintenance community to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
- Monitor the main projects in EMEA TS indirect materials organization and manage the main reports referring to current activity and conformity to AOP goals.


CERINTE

- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in purchasing, preferably within the Automotive Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience, Master’s degree preferred; six sigma knowledge is an advantage;
- SAP work experience minimum 1 year , purchasing administration preferably.
- EBP knowledge
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations including preparing and administering Long Term Agreements.
- English is mandatory, one or two other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Able to communicate in an excellent and concise manner at all levels inside and outside the company;
- Able to act in a multicultural and cross-functional environment;
- Good negotiation acumen, balancing day to day tactical needs with long term strategic intent
- Action-oriented with proven track record of achieving business goals;
- Team builder, motivator and team player.
