- Responsible for purchasing products and services from pre negotiated contracts, to ensure competition through the supplier selection process, to evaluate suppliers against criteria reflecting best value for money;
- Responsible to ensure that all requests, orders, contracts are compliant with the Company¿s strategy and policy;
- Produces and analyzes monthly spend data;
- Develops market knowledge and contracts for new products and services; checks costs, quality and levels of service;
- Maintains the database with orders and contracts;
- Serves as a liaison between departments, reviews orders and sets delivery times; organizes, updates and retains product information files
- University degree (Economic University would be a plus) and a minimum of 2 years experience in similar position
- MS Office
- Good knowledge of English and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of common business practices related to purchasing, prices, terms, shipment, taxes, payment commodities and services
- Knowledge of large scale purchasing methods and procedures
- Team player, flexible, solution oriented with excellent negotiation skills
- Good Mathematic skills; strong personality
