-Direct, permanent and close contact with suppliers of services, raw materials and ready goods in Romania and abroad;
-Keep close contact with R&D and Production - Planning Departments;
-Keep contact with the Boutique Manager and analyze stock and refill means;
-Check on most convenient commercial aspects and follow them accurately;
-Place and register orders to the agreed and indicated suppliers;
-Organize and follow-up shipments and customs procedures;
-Handle all quality, shortage or delay events versus suppliers;
-Price and quality analysis based on the Company’s procedures and standards;
-Identify alternative suppliers and subject them to trial, as per the Company’s procedures and standards;
-Issue accurate reports based on purchasing and purchasing-related activities within the Company;
-Attend dedicated fairs and events.

-Relevant experience in international working environment – textile or textile-related field will be a must;
-Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Good command of a second language for business is a must;
-Familiar with MS Office programs and fast learner of specific data base;
-Good knowledge of the market;
-Young, dynamic, hard working and dedicated person;
-Good negotiation skills;
-Result oriented, used to work upon dead-line;
