-Purchase goods and services against the most economical and ethical manner from reliable sources, maintaining optimal quality, reliability and applicable law and regulations.
-Reviews Requests for bids from engineering to ensure that all required information is included.
-Prepares inquiries.
-Transmits completed inquiry packages to selected vendors.
-Expedites vendor quotations
-Prepares commercial evaluation of bids
-Handles routine communications with vendors during bid review.
- Prepares Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Amendments for review and approval.
-Updates and maintains Purchasing internal records
-Technical/Commercial University Degree
-at least 2 years experience in the same job
-English Proficiency
-Computer proficiency
