- Identify supply needs;
- Negotiates acquisition prices with suppliers and signs off contracts with them;
- Takes measures to ensure that all orders are executed within budget;
- Recommends products;
- Draws up and analyze tenders;
- Supervises ongoing contracts;
- Develops policies, procedures and tools needed to manage procurement on the company level
- Prepares reports on spending at the company level and for each site;
- Develops proposals for improving work procedures and tools to reduce costs;
- Analyzes market and delivery system to assess the validity of current and future products;
- Prepares and monitors purchases import/export;
- Supervises deliveries and provides documents for customs clearance;
- Supervises that all ongoing activities are carried out in full accordance with health and safety and fire and safety regulations
University degree – preferably in Commercial area;
Working experience in a similar position - minimum 3 years;
Good communication skills in English (plus Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage)
Good computer skills
