• Manage the reporting team, providing fully detailed collection reports, accurate collection forecasts and periodic activity evaluations for the collection department;
• Analyze the existing processes and propose ways to increase collection efficiency and productivity;
• Ensure that the data and processes from the business and systems perspective are defined, optimized, implemented, monitored and controlled;
• Assures filtering and translation of business requirements to IT specialists (internal or external suppliers) and implementation of the developments in business areas.
• 3 year experience in business processes, management information system and analysis position (preferable in the banking sector) and 1 year experience in management position;
• University degree with good technical knowledge and business understanding (graduate of Mathematics / Statistics / Cybernetics is a plus);
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access and SQL);
• Knowledge of project management;
• Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people;
• Ability to work in a dynamic team with stretch deadlines;
• Results oriented and focused on meeting deliverable timelines;
• Organized and detail oriented person;
• Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude;
• Fluency in English is a must.
