A major and fast expanding international company, global leader in closing systems, is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - STAMPING, GALVANIZING, PAINTING who will be responssible for:
- overall P&L for the assigned BU;
- enssuring a good production flow inside the BU in order to keep the planned level of final products;
- ensuring delivery to the other BU on dead-lines;
- analyzing and improving the production flow in accordance to LEAN/KAIZEN objectives set by the company;
- setting KPIs for individuals and teams and monitoring their activity in order to achieve them;
- periodical reporting.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
- technical degee (mechanical preferably);
- at least 5 years experience in management of production processes (preferably in similar processes);
- experience in implementing LEAN projects;
- strong communication and presentation skills both in Romanian and in English;
- good computer skills (ERPs, Office, Internet).
