The Role:
- Develops and implements the Division¿s Business Plan according to the company¿s objectives.
- Provides overall leadership and direction in order to sustain the division¿s profitability and growth.
- Responsible for the final business results, improving quality, managing strategic changes and for motivating the personnel.
Main requirements:
- University degree; MBA is a strong plus
- At least 5 - 6 years experience in managing large teams.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Deep understanding of the business context
- Good analytical and organizing skills
- Fluency in English
