RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the B2B Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and implementing the sales strategy within designated area in accordance with the company¿s principles and policies;
- Managing the Major Accounts - construction companies, developers and big investors, developing and nurturing sales and customer relationships - actively involved into sales;
- Monitoring potential customers, development trends, sales opportunities and the competition;
- Organising, supervising, appraising and motivating the B2B Direct Distribution sales team.


CERINTE

- Good knowledge of the construction market;
- At least two years of successful sales experience, preferable within a multinational company;
- Major Accounts Management;
- Strong sales, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Flexibility, mobility, consistency and high initiative;
- University degree;
- Permanent residence in Bucuresti.
