- Self-initiates recommendations for improvement of business processes Application and Business Intelligence Systems;
- Provide internal services to business under agreed SLA;
- Participate in team projects and manage own projects;
- Identify, documents business requirements;
- Contributes to the business processes design, development, and implementation within the project team;
- Manage the relationship with related service providers;
- Maintain and develop Business processes in Application Systems (mainly SAP R3);
- Maintain and develop Business Intelligence system;
- Support users (including training). Writes documentation and procedures and assists in providing quality assurance review of user systems;
- Apply the Corporate and Company methodology and policy in each project.
- University degree in IS or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years-previous experience in junior business system analyst and Business Intelligence;
- Understanding and knowledge on Business Intelligence;
- Ability to translate business requirements into conceptual and specification perspective models;
- Experience with Microstrategy can be a plus;
- Knowledge of SAP related modules can be a plus;
- Experience in participating in projects;
- Proactive & good communication skills;
- Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations;
- Customer oriented skills;
- Objectives oriented;
- Fluency in English.
