RESPONSABILITATI

Ensure tools and applications for EMEA Sales Compensation Admin are setup and functioning correctly in accordance with the approved sales model, accepted sales compensation plans, terms and conditions, standard business practices, and internal control policies. Establish standardised processes inline with globally approved guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Business liaison between Global & EMEA compensation and IT teams to design and monitor global OIC upgrades and implementations.
-Understand OIC system functionality and support the system design and setup
-Troubleshoot business setup issues and take action to rectify
-To help build and enhance spreadsheet based tools to administer commission/bonus payments
-Perform business impact analysis to drive system improvements and enhancements
-To help develop tools to collect and report commissions globally
-Create and run reports using Discoverer and Financial Analyzer
-Propose improvements to streamline business processes
-Document processes for compensation administration
-Roll-out Oracle based applications to establish standard process.
-Provide training and support for new applications


CERINTE

-IT based degree
-Two years of professional work experience
-Technical aptitude with enterprise applications experience (not necessarily programming)
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
-Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Prior sales compensation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle Applications is a plus
-Advanced English
