RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose and Scope:

The Business System Administrator will be responsible supporting end users and performing administrative updates to PSA (Professional Services Automation) used by Global Services professionals

Main Responsibilities:

·Become a super-user of PSA and the ‘go-to’ person for addressing functional questions.
·Monitor and disposition ITG Help Desk calls, respond to end-user email queries, and questions posted to PDSA (knowledge management system) relative to PSA (Clarity) system.
·Support Accounts Management in troubleshooting user account issues
·Escalate system critical issues through pre-defined escalation path.
·Document and publish Frequently Asked Questions and Working Methods specific to commonly submitted queries and issues.
·Participate in testing of system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
·Perform quarterly and annual system configuration updates including updating country-specific holiday calendars, opening and closing time periods, and archiving completed processes.
·Develop and test user portlets for displaying and extracting system information.
·Drive compliance to standard working methods by reviewing and assessing quality of data input compared against standards.
·Support quarter close process by running reports and running jobs to process transactions.
·Monitor and troubleshoot system transactions including submission and approval of timesheets.


CERINTE

·Strong communication (oral and written) in the English language
·Demonstrated ability to learn new Software applications at an expert level
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·Interpersonal flexibility, resourceful, and willingness to work in fast paced, distributed and un-supervised environment.
·Willing to learn and accept new challenging and rewarding assignments
·Proficiency in MS Office Tool Set including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
·Experience with MS Project and Clarity a plus.
·Experience working in a Consulting Services Business or a Customer Support role a plus.
