Our client is a newly established pension company, part of a multinational group acting in insurance field.
- Technical / Economics College / University Degree with IT skills;
- 2-3 years working experience in IT business area;
- Knowledge of database systems and modeling techniques (Relational, Multi-dimensional, Data modeling / Data handling applications, ETL tools), multimedia and Internet techniques;
- Business awareness, all Business Areas (especially Pensions);
- Project management skills and/or certification;
- Deep knowledge of relevant business functions;
- Knowledge of process and data design techniques;
- Leadership;
- Analytical skills;
- Planning and organization;
- Resource management;
- Conflict management;
- Pragmatic decision making;
- Reasonable Command of the English language, both in writing and speaking;
- Excellent communication/presentation skills;
- Good balance between business skills (~70%) and IT- related technical skills (~30%).
