- Configure, administrate and maintain the business applications as required by business needs, including applications integration utilizing middleware systems
- Oversee operations to ensure high availability and minimal service interruptions of business applications, and to provide 2nd level support
- Customize the applications with any changes required in the system, manage users, teams and groups
- Participate in development of operational procedures for supporting business processes and assure compliance at national level
- Recognize and correct data inconsistencies, actively participate in data cleaning processes
- Identify, document and communicate technical requirements and applications gaps
- Assist appropriate systems testing efforts
- Develop and manage ad-hoc data analysis and reports
- Maintain record of daily activities, problems and remedial action taken
- Experience with multi-vendor systems integration and data integration to legacy systems utilizing middleware
- Minim 2 - 3 years similar experience, preferably in multinational company
- University degree in computer science or similar
- CRM & Billing applications background is highly desired
- Strong awareness of processes and business operations; good business analyses skills
- Needs to have a clear understanding on IT reporting
- Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is required
