RESPONSABILITATI

• Identifies, monitors and evaluates sales potential at the respective industry level and of the specific companies;
• Permanently analyses the evolution of the market and of the industry he is responsible for;
• Creates and implements the sales strategy adapted to the industry (and to the included companies) he is responsible for;
• Coordinates, facilitates and actively participates at promotion and direct sales actions of RBS products together with the Branch Managers and the Sales Center Managers;
• Decides the sales team’s composition (the number of sales people and their appointment) within the companies belonging to the specific industry together with the Branch Managers and the Sales Center Managers. The teams’ structure will be determined according to the company type, its organizational chart and the decision factors involved in the sales process;
• Promotes, presents and negotiates the RBS products and services to the decision makers inside the companies belonging to the specific industry with the aim to obtain and sign the partnership;
• Is responsible for achieving and exceeding the individual sales targets but also those of the sales teams involved in the industry projects. Targets will be discussed and agreed every month together with the line manager;
• Communicates to the BM and the SCM the conclusions regarding the performance and behavior level of the sales people belonging to the specific industry. These conclusions will be considered in the annual sales evaluation;
• Achieves the sales objectives by efficient marketing of the RBS financial products;
• Insures that the services offered to the clients are according to the “Client interaction code”. Achieves at least 90% of the Mystery Shopping Reports;
• Cooperates with the Service Quality Head to identify process improvements;
• Cooperates with the Relationship Banker and the Head of Industries for Corporate Clients to define strategy and the best action plan adapted to the corporate clients;
• Cooperates with the Relationship Banker and the Head of Industries for Corporate Clients to schedule the prospect actions and the account opening ones following all the process steps;
• Is responsible for creating specific reports and presenting them to the line manager at the agreed periods of time according to the taken actions


CERINTE

• University degree (preferably in economic field).
• 3 to 5 years experience in sales activity coordination
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge regarding the internal procedures both Corporate and Consumer
