Process Design all along customer lifetime within used application or in forms of working procedure so that all service level agreements are respected
Develop, manage complex processes to enhance business performance from inception through implementation;
Develop procedures and workflows for originations and servicing areas; plan and design the evolution of prospective processes and procedures.
Coordinate/direct/manage project resources;
Work with the Product Manager in support of products implementations as required;
Review internal operating procedures and controls; Identify operation inefficiencies and risks;
Identify and assess solutions to mitigate the risk or eliminate/reduce inefficiencies.
Foster cross-functional relationships to strengthen communication, improve productivity, resolve issues, incorporate technology improvement requests and generate cost savings.
Interface with senior management and partners while representing Operations Department professionally and effectively.
Proven experience in business process management / project management
University graduate
Excellent analytical skills – six sigma or other BPM extensive training would be a plus
Fluent in English
