Working closely with the line managers in order to design or re-design the internal processes;
Identifying solutions in order to have a constant process improvement approach towards the daily activity;
Re-enginering and strengthening business processes;
Presenting valid arguments in order to influence management's point of view;
Meeting constantly with decision makers, systems owners and end users to define future business processes as well as systems requirements and goals;
Researching, reviewing and analyzing both effectiveness and efficiency of already existing processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes;
Providing appropriate documentation for all processes as well as user guides and training materials whenever necessary;
Drafting reports and presenting them to them shareholders;
Performing return on investment analysis for proposed changes in order to aid management in making implementation decisions;
Communicating all changes that affect the normal development of a process;
Monitoring errors.
In-depth knowledge of business process design and re-engineering;
Process ownership experience;
Strong analytical skills;
Proven problem solving skills with a solutions oriented mindset;
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently.
