Trough deep understandings of the engagement business provide operational support. Serve as a focal point within the organization to provide expertise on engagement policies and processes. Responsible for implementation of new processes & systems, documentation of processes, trainings and acting as subject matter expert.
¿University degree (MBA is a plus)

¿Several years of relevant experience in managing diverse projects/programs
