- Your role will be to apply developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures using professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
- You will provide process and system support to BPO end users throughout BPO applications as well as key management and operational reporting metrics.
- You will act as a process and subject matter expert and play a key role in ensuring business continuity.
- You will resolving issues, promoting our systems and processes, and helping with training.
- Either a minimum of 2 years related experience or an MBA in Business/Finance.
- Accounting and finance background.
- 1 Year Experience in Order Management.
- Good working exposure in SAP (Order Management Module)
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in data analysis. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused and with conflict resolution skills
- Strong initiative and self-propelled
- Excellent communication and influential skills
- Able to work across time zones in a multicultural environment
- Strong system experience and computing skills (High level of Microsoft Access, Excel and BRIO, etc).
