RESPONSABILITATI

As a member of the OracleDirect EMEA Operations Team the Business Process Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all corporate systems used by the OracleDirect organisation will remain functional following new version releases or system upgrades. They will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the CRM system hierachy for the OracleDirect organisation.
The Business Process Analyst reports into the EMEA OracleDirect Business Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Carry out functional testing on the coporate applications and tools used by the OracleDirect organisation to ensure business processes will remain intact prior to the release of new versions or upgrades of the systems.

- Maintain the accuracy of the OracleDirect Hierarchy and the OracleDirect groups in the corporate hierarchy, ensuring all opportunities are visible to the appropriate reps in an efficient manner. This will require the set up of new reps in the hierarchy, deletion of old reps and the transfer of opportunities from one rep to another.

- Be the 1st line of support for the OracleDirect sales teams and cover the general day-to-day support on usage issues for the coporate applications & tools

- Assist with the achievement of high quality of Pipeline Data in OracleDirect

- Participate in the EMEA Operations community to share knowledge and experiences on the areas of improvement in application functionality and processes

- Produce ad-hoc reports from the PRO reporting tool for Business Operations Manager

- Any projects & initiatives as may be directed by the Operations Director


CERINTE

- University diploma required

- 2+ years experience

-Familiarity with working with IT applications from a user persepcetive

- High standard of English, working knowledge of other languages an asset

- Demonstrated skills in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite required
