RESPONSABILITATI

To perform licence and consulting contract reviews, to ensure compliance with the Oracle Standards and to obtain the relevant approval for non-standard conditions.
Reporting to Finance Director and works closely with Licence, Consulting, Presales, Finance, Oracle Direct, Support, contract specialists, revenue recognition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Operate in line with Oracle¿s processes and procedures, drafting license assignments, master agreements, addendums and amendments to previous ordering documents and/or agreements for products and services.
* Negotiating with customer on contractual terms for non-standard contracts.
* Understanding and applying current business practices, pricing policies and revenue recognition policies.
* Ensuring that the contract reflects the approvals.
* Ensuring drafted contract has been reviewed by appropriate persons or departments prior to release of contract to customer via the sales representative.
* Ensuring that sales are aware of cut-offs, deadlines and policy changes, including changes that may adversely affect their recognition of revenue if not followed. Working in conjunction with other departments to provide the highest level of support to sales and help protect Oracle¿s interests: sales, legal, revenue recognition.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Oracle products, practices and procedures
* Receiving and reviewing approval form(s) from sales rep and ensuring that all relevant portions necessary for drafting have been completed. Notify sales if portions are incomplete.
* Training sales, notifying sales of changes to Oracle policy & helping sales understand their role in the contracts process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Good computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint,)
* Excellent conflict resolution skills in high pressure/demanding sales environment.
* Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high-pressure environment, to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure.
* Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment and to communicate effectively.
* Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous contracts and issues at the same time, often under strict time constraints, to handle and keep up with constant changes to products, policies, procedures and people.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Legal University Degree or familiarity with Oracle products and/or services gained from an Oracle environment will be an advantage.
