To their Romanian centre they are looking for Europe Subject Matter Expert

This position is primarily regarded as a Managerial position. This role will require making strategies and sales presentation to potential business heads. He would be required to coordinate work with employees identified at the customer site and his peers from the office for transitioning new processes, supporting existing operations & build OTC product.

Main Responsibilities:


¿¿¿ Business meetings with potential new clients as part of Sales activities
¿¿¿ Lead RFP submissions for new Customers
¿¿¿ Present solutions to client executives and sales team
¿¿¿ Lead solution Identification for new business awarded
¿¿¿ Reviewing adapted solutions for the client
¿¿¿ Create and independently validate opportunity specific economic models and business cases; coordinate activities with Order to Cash Deal Team; ensure financial targets are met
¿¿¿ Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise
¿¿¿ Participate in training events; Keep current on GAAP, SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations (HIPAA a plus)
¿¿¿ Developing transformation road map for continuous process improvement
¿¿¿ Co-ordinate teams on various project management related activities
¿¿¿ Provide subject matter expertise as part of the product development initiatives
¿¿¿ Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity
¿¿¿ Manage relationship with t Customers in Europe Order to Cash business processes.
¿¿¿ As a Solution Architect lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition
¿¿¿ Develop product offering in line with the industry changes ¿¿¿ Optimum solution offering & IT offerings to support the solution design
¿¿¿ Work closely with Global counterparts from all regions, to attain standardization in the product offering

Candidate profile:

¿¿¿ Higher degree in Business Administration/Finance and/or comparable business experience; certification in Accounting/Auditing preferred
¿¿¿ More than 3 years relevant experince
¿¿¿ Mobility and flexibility are a must, high number of days in field, frequent change of schedules
¿¿¿ Self-dependent, flexible and accurate
¿¿¿ Customer and goal oriented
