Business Managment Specialist
who will be based in Bucharest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to practically apply his/her financial experience in a field organization
The role:
-Regularly visiting the Romanian Retailer Networks to provide business consultancy
-Advising the network members on business plan preparation, budgeting and also on improvement opportunities by departments , sales , after sales )
-Identifying retailers weaknesses to avoid financial difficulties
-Monitoring quality, financial standards and collecting "best practices"
-Completing monthly and ad hoc reports
-Organizing related trainings, road shows, committees and conferences
The person:
-University degree, preferably in economics
-Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting, financial analysis of business performance
-Knowledge of automotive industry and dealers network peculiarities
-Knowledge of local legislation, tax and accounting activities
-Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Result- and customer-orientation with strong time-management skills
-Good computer knowledge
-Fluency in English and Romanian languages is essential,
-Ready to travel extensively throughout Romania
