RESPONSABILITATI

- Achieves the sales objectives according to targets allocated per branch and/or individual
- Initiates and participates in business meetings with SME clients and insures the pre-qualification measures in selecting the eligible clients or acceptable transaction in line with the strategy of the bank and accepted risk profiles
- Maintains the business relationship with existing and potential clients by updating their files, organizing regular contacts/visits and implementing effective follow-up plan
- Initiates and maintains the relationship with the prospect SME clients and/or mediates the relationship of the client with the aimed/wanted department, if the case
- Prepares call reports after any meeting with SME customers and if the case performs the financial pre-analysis of the client and elaborates the indicative offers
- Initiates and handles the credit applications for SME clients
- Explores and creates opportunities across business lines (cross-selling)
- Identifies, generates and support business for other entities belonging to BoC Group (leasing, pensions funds, asset management, etc.) and refers respective the business opportunities to relevant units, as the case may be
- Observes and complies with all internal norms and procedures which interfere directly with bank SME activity


CERINTE

EDUCATION LEVEL: University Degree
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years in banking system
Minimum 2 years of banking experience with SME clients
FOREIGN LANGUAGES: English mandatory
SPECIAL APTITUDES:
