The IT Support team inside Ubisoft has opened a 6 months internship position of BI Support Analyst – to provide functional and basic technical support for the Business Intelligence solutions (Corporate Data Warehouse, Business Objects, Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning).
You will have the opportunity to learn BI tools and technology and develop your analytical abilities.
Your tasks
Under the responsibility of the Support Team Manager your role as BI Support Analyst is to:
•Acquire knowledge about the BI tools
•Analyze and understand the customer's needs and the encountered problems/ bugs;
•Perform functional analysis on the assigned tickets and handle the communication with the users;
•Collaborate closely with the technical analysts in order to identify the best solution for the bug corrections/developments;
•Create/Ensure a good understanding of functional specifications;
•Perform system testing and different system set-ups related to support activity;
•Interrogate SQL databases of Data Warehouse and its source systems in order to troubleshoot issues and identify/ test solutions;
•Perform regular system monitoring and data clean-up activities;
•Stay updated with the IT support best practices and procedures and suggest improvements;
•Contribute to the creation and maintenance of end-user documentation.
Your profile
Essential skills
•Last year student or graduate of IT studies;
•Oracle or MS SQL knowledge;
•Knowledge of Finance and Accounting is a plus;
•Good English skills, French is a plus;
•Customer facing skills, good communication skills

•Able to assimilate business changes and incorporate them in the IT systems;
•Sense of humor, positive approach and team-work orientation;
•Enthusiasms for learning new technologies;
