We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Business Intelligence Analyst (advanced or senior position)
in our Bucharest-based development team.
What would you do?
You will…
…be face of the BI department to the internal clients;
…establish specifications and business requirements to deliver maximum business value;
…elaborate the business case test scenario according to the business specifications;
…create the necessary documentation for defining the processes in BI;
…participate in startup of all BI projects of the area you will own;
…design and evaluate all necessary templates and reports related to business analysis;
…cooperate with BI development teams specialized in the backend and frontend technologies, which are located Germany & Romania;
… Secure the quality assurance and the actual usage of the final BI products delivered to the internal clients;
… Come up with ideas to improve the business via Business Intelligence offerings;
If you have:
… a well-rounded knowledge of data warehousing and Business Intelligence in general, of data analytics and presentation techniques in particular;
… excellent skills in structuring and designing business processes;
… a higher level technical education or equivalent, supplemented with a sound business knowledge;
… excellent written and verbal English skills;
…ability to work independently and (self-) motivation
…relationship building skills;
… basic written and verbal German skills (and willing to improve);
… excellent English skills (speak, write, read);
…willignes to travel up to 50% of the time.
Would be a plus:
…Project Management experience;
… Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles;
…Service Management experience;
…Being fluent in German.
