RESPONSABILITATI

Job Mission:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for report delivery and maintenance across the Operations organizations in EMEA.
Key Accountabilities:
To performs analysis, design and integration of business intelligence and reporting application throughout their life cycle.
Day to day functioning of the company¿s decision supporting reports and Data Warehouse and certain associated application systems.
Maintaining and User supporting the Data Warehouse Application and content.
Plays technical, hand-on role in developing and designing solutions involving multiple data sources, data warehouse, presentation and reporting technologies.
Ensuring internal client satisfaction relating to delivered report, facilitating process automation, consultancy and application maintenance.
To report to and advise the PMO Project Manager :
Reporting on progress and deviation; submitting status reports, giving feedback and advising regarding several issues.
Facilitating good consultation and communication within own project team, within the department and with other international departments.


CERINTE

- Proven experience in report delivery, Data Warehousing and/or relational database systems, SQL (required) and/or Oracle (preferable).
- At least 2 years¿ professional experience, preferably in the Customer Support sector.
- Education in Information Technology.
- Ability to understand and contribute to functional requirements and translate them into technical design and development of reports.
- Ability to clearly document performed activities during development and support
- Knowledge of a reporting tool Crystal Report or BRIO/Hyperion would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of a Call Centre statistics is an asset.
