• Analyzes the business requirements/ specification in order to translate them into technical requirements;
• Acts as consultant in development of the company business processes in regards to the involvement of the designated systems in order to streamline the technical implementation;
• Learns the data models of source systems and the reporting databases in order to leverage that knowledge in support of users and reporting projects; Performs configurations/implementations of IT systems and tests new software shipments in order to fulfill the business requirements, assure the compatibility with other software packages in place and prevent possible overlapping functionalities;
• Provides first level of support for the users in order to sustain the business day-by-day activities;
• Develops reports, scripts, reconciliations, etc. in order to respond to business requests in the area of expertise;
• Provides support and guidance to developers by sharing knowledge about specific system in order to provide an appropriate integration solution;
• Learns the data models of source systems and the reporting databases in order to leverage that knowledge in support of users and reporting projects;
Job requirements:
• Technical or scientific degree/diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• Between 1 to 3 years experience in related IT or Telecom positions, preferable in area of DWH and Business Intelligence
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
• Medium knowledge of ETL/BI/reporting tools;
• Knowledge of GSM technology and services ;
• Fluency in English.
