RESPONSABILITATI

The Business Implementation Analyst (BIA) is the key liaison between Global IT support groups and other oracle LOBs to ensure a quality level of customer support for Oracle employees. Broad areas of responsibility include the following:

1. Ensure GIT / Helpdesk readiness to support new products and services rolled out to Oracle employees.

2. Manage ongoing support of existing products and services by establishing strong business relationships with key groups and ensuring best support practices are in place.

3. Administer public self-service Knowledge Management content. Ensure that solutions meet security and usability criteria.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
BRS responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Project manage the rollout of new products and services within GHS:

­ -Scope out project requirements
­ -Set expectations on GHS global support requirements and timing of projects
­ -Establish support processes
­ -Ensure Helpdesk readiness through creation of Knowledge Management (KM) documentation, training, etc.
­ -Follow-through on implementation issues and provide analysis and recommendations as needed.

2. Manage ongoing support of existing products and services:

-­ Process analysis
- Review and analyze process flows
- Ensure that efficient and streamlined support processes are in place
- Identify opportunities for process automation
-­ Data analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends
- Review service requests closed, escalated and aging
- Identify opportunities for process automation
- Prepare ad hoc analyses as needed

3. Ongoing management of support documentation

­ -Complete ongoing reviews to ensure documentation is clear, concise and current
­ -Ensure documentation meets security and usability criteria


CERINTE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

­ -Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience

Experience:

­ -Three to four years experience:
­ -Supporting medium to large applications
­ -Desktop support
­ -Working directly with internal and external clients
­ -Project management experience with ability to lead project to successful completion
­ -Experience with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications; specifically EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint

Knowledge/Skills:

­ -Ability to work independently as a member of a virtual team
­ -Strong verbal and written English language skills
­ -Analytical skills:
­ -Ability to research issues, analyze data, recommend & implement corrective actions and evaluate results
­ -Process ¿oriented:
­ -Ability to analyze and document process flows in clear and concise manner
­ -Project management:
­ -Ability to scope out project requirements and work towards meeting deadlines
­ -Ability to manage multiple projects
­ -Aptitude for accuracy, conciseness, attention to detail and follow-through
­ -In-depth knowledge of Helpdesk and Desktop support practices, procedures and policies
