RESPONSABILITATI:
BFM works closely with business to and drives efficient resource utilization of the Organization in delivering services. BFM drives Process level profitability along with the Location Unit Head. In addition to this BFMs are responsible for active engagement in pricing and customer interactions.
Key Job Area
•Drive Location level profitability, risk mitigation, driving efficiency, optimum utilization of resources.
•Variance analysis and deep dive into actual for deviations from plan targets.
•Doing CBA and come with recommendation and actions for implementation or driving business optimization.
•Representing and negotiating with customer on contractual terms and conditions for location level issues
•Tracking operational performance and building best practices to ensure profitability
•Drive excellence to improve profitability and resource utilization
•Work with pricing team for validating and ensuring correctness of all cost including facility and manpower.
•Highlight financial risk in the solution proposed and working to mitigating it.
•Critically evaluate the solution for financial efficiency and work with the team to optimize, should there be an opportunity.
CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Chartered Accountant with between 5 to 9 years of experience and should have worked in IT Company preferably in BPO environment as part of Corporate Finance team. He should have excellent analytical skills and assertiveness to drive business results. Should have handled and dealt with Global BPO Delivery.
- Good Analytical skills
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work in teams
- Ambitious to be able to deliver to commitment
- Fluency in English.
