We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Business Engineer for B2B Apps Marketplace
in our Bucharest team.
What will you do?
You will. . .
. . . be entrusted with the control and coordination of projects to safeguard and further develop our SaaS and Cloud environment
. . . have overall responsibility for the successful creation of the content-related definition and technical implementation of (partial) projects in the framework of our SaaS & Cloud development
. . . create technical concepts incorporating functional requirements
. . . do analysis and (functional) design and new development of business processes and their consequent technical translation up to their mapping in a system world
. . . coordinate the activity of all the departments/people involved for reaching the targets
And, most of all, you will be a part of our multinational young and dynamic team.
If you have/are:
. . . 3-5 years work experience in the IT-/Telco field
. . . experience in one of the specialized topics: CRM, E-Commerce, Billing or Callcenter Solutions and a strong IT affinity
. . . experience in integration of extensive third-party applications
. . . Ability to conceive and document technical issues and to draft technical sketches
. . . Pragmatic thinking and behavior, recognize and understand technical correlations
. . . Target and result-oriented approach, ability to work in a team and the ability to inspire others
. . . Very good English knowledge (both written and spoken)
. . . Organizational and management skills
. . . Experience in different areas of responsibility/ roles in projects
. . . Experience in development of business processes and target-oriented business concepts
. . . Personal initiative, commitment and team spirit
. . . Highly developed analytical ability
. . . Communicative and high ability of abstraction
Would be a plus:
. . . A very high level of creativity and technical ingenuity;
. . . a positive "can-do" attitude to work well on a team as well as independently;
. . . Experience in customer consulting
. . . Experience of designing web based and database centric applications;
. . . Knowledge of German (both written and spoken);
. . . Understanding of Java technologies, data stores, data mining, ETL;
. . . BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
