PostPaid section:
-To create, to develop and to coordinate the postpaid dealers network in the allocated area, including telecom corners from Office 1 Shops
-To be involved in the recruitment and training process of the sales staff in the sales points of the dealers and Office 1 shops
-To follow each allocated partner for merchandising, stock turnover policy, promotions
-To monitor the activity of Office 1 competitors; to assure that Office1 and Cosmote brand image is respected in all the sales points
-To monitor, quantitative and qualitative, postpaid sales activity of the dealers and Office 1 shops
-To visit a portfolio of POSes- Point of Sales
-To develop local or regional postpaid promotion
-To provide weekly reports to the Telecom Manager
PrePaid section:
-To identify new PrePaid distributors
-To close contracts and secure sales
-To achieve the PrePaid sales and financial objectives
-To participate to promotional projects related to the development of new Prepaid pack concepts
-To provide feedback in the definition of the commercial policy of distributors
-To periodically visist the distributors
-University degree - economic and technical degrees are preferred
-At least 2 years experience in sales; previous experience in telecommunication field is a plus
-Communication skills with internal and external clients
-Presentation and negotiation skills
-Planning, organizing and setting priorities skills
-Ability to work under pressure, to respect dead-lines
-Ability to identify and solve problems
-Ability to coordinate activities
-Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
-English proficiency(knowledge of Bulgarian language is an advantage)
-Driving license - B category
-Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the telecom business
The job requires travel in business purpose and availability to work over the program.
