- Business Development: identify new accounts for transport and logistics services, achieve financial targets (turnover, P&L budget, ROI responsibilities)
- Operations Management - ensure proper running of transport department, analyze internal processes, recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations (such as new suppliers for transportation services, recruitment, training and performance evaluation, re-allocation of resources etc.)

- Financial management (follow-up budgets and expenses, ensure profit center¿s targets, document price and service grid structures)
- University Degree
- Determination for starting up and carrying out projects
- Analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods (preferably FMCG), including the relative costs and benefits.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people.
- Mobility, driving licence
- English - advanced
