* Creating the strategy for monitors and accessories for FSC SEE
* Ensuring support for FSC SEE for monitors and accessories - providing technical and administrative information, raising agreed special pricing where appropriate;
* Monitoring and improving the local stock availability and future orders for monitors and accessories in the different countries in SEE
* Using resources within FSC in order to achieve the targets of the agreed business plan; forecasting territory using sales tools and analyzing various reports, for monitors and accessories
* Developing and regularly reviewing business and marketing plans for monitors and accessories in line with the company strategy:
organizing and supervising different marketing activities for retailers and resellers;
supporting the countries or partner/supplier in the realization of projects
taking selective measures to increase turnover with FSC monitors and accessories;
implementing special promotions and campaigns;
* Building an excellent and trustful relation with the local FSC SEE team, partners, retailers and dealers;
• Ensuring optimal communication with the local FSC SEE team, the partners, retailers, resellers: regular meetings with local FSC SEE teams, management and sales teams of distributors, retailers Purchase Officers and sales teams, 2nd tyer partners, other vendors for joint promotions etc. – discussing, developing and further consolidating business strategy, action planning and positioning of products and pricing; maintaining awareness of market conditions and competitors’ products and pricing
• Able to hold direct and indirect partner training about FSC monitors and accessories
• Keeping track of SMB leads, identifying new leads and making sure the deal is closed best to meet customer and partner expectations; developing and supporting sales strategy for SMB area
• Organizing special sales trainings for local FSC teams, partners, retailers, resellers;
