ISG Personnel Management Romania is looking for a Business Development Manager for his client, a multinational company specialized on ground engineering, especially dewatering and temporary groundwater lowering for construction pits.
Responsibilities:
For the start-up business in Romania, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will:
- Be responsible for defining and planning the business strategies connecting them with the Romanian business trends and in direct correlation with company’s development objectives ;
- Perform business development tasks for the company: market research for potential clients, initiating a dialog, building network, organizing presentations regarding company’s services (dewatering, groundwater control, well drilling and environmental engineering) through construction companies;
- Be active in sales towards customers, including frequent business meetings in different areas of the country;
- Communicate with the services providers/mother companies, understanding of the services processes;
- Track the activities of the competition;
- To manage and control the spending of personal expenses to the budget.
- At least 3 years experience in selling equipments or services in construction filed especially to general entrepreneurs;
- Geologist or civil engineer with background in ground engineering;
- Good technical background;
- Experience in B2B relationship;
- Exceptional negotiating skills ;
- Strong customer focus;
- Ability to work in the construction environment;
- Creative and result driven ;
- Ability to work independently ;
- Excellent English skills (verbally and written with a strong technical and commercial command of English); German language skills would be advantageous.
