-To identify business opportunities in the market and potential clients and to permanently ensure the promotion of companys products and services facilitating strong business relationships;
-To optimize growth opportunities with existing customers in profitability terms; To actively identify the customers needs, initiate and support them in accessing the adequate services of the company;
-To promote on a continuous basis the products and services offered by the company;
- To identify and to implement new business lines for the company;
-To negotiate and develop new partnerships with the adequate organizations;
- To elaborate together with the company management the priority strategic policies ensuring the achievement of the company development objectives;
- To organize and conduct the financial institutions relations department;
- To follow on a continuous basis the permanent ratability increasing of the company activity;
- To motivate, develop and manage the supervised personnel;
- To conduct periodical performance reviews of the supervised personnel together with the superiors;
-To coordinate the company promotional efforts in collaboration with the superiors; To coordinate/oversee the marketing campaigns and the public events;
-To represent the company in front of the clients, partners and any other institutions and organizations, as required;
- To participate and represent the company in all the main local events;
-To generate the periodical or the management special requested reports related to the activity of the company;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management position, preferable financial services;
-Very good communication skills;
-Excellent leadership skills, able to manage and motivate a team;
-Good decision-maker;
-Very good English level;
-Availability to traveling in the country and abroad.
