Job main objective:
Our new colleague will coordinate the Manpower branch’s activity, managing the operational and development activities and a team of professionals, promote Manpower services and identify opportunities for business development.
He/she will establish highly long-term partnerships with the customers bringing them increased value to their business and acting as their trusted HR adviser.
Job functions:
- Overall responsibility for identifying development opportunities and improving organization's competitive position on labor market;
- Management of the P&L and growing the revenue and profitability by line of business;
- Developing the clients portfolio by implementing the company’s strategy at local level
- Identifying new areas of business opportunity in Bucharest and within Bucharest region
- Consistently winning new business through ongoing sales activity, candidate marketing, sales visits and maintaining client relationships
- Managing the team to meet clients needs and exceed expected revenue
- Create and implement specific strategies in order to optimize the activity;
- Organize, manage and develop a team of 5 to 7 HR professionals;
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and staff;
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with local authorities.
- University degree (preferably economic background);
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in sales;
- Managerial experience, track record and strong leadership skills within B to B industries (experience in a temporary work / recruitment agency environment would be a plus);
- Must have a successful track record of managing and developing a team;
- Experience in planning, organizing, coordinating and improving business activities in HR Services or Professional Services ;
- Strong decision, communication and negotiation abilities;
- Capable to perform in a highly demanding and fast-pace professional environment;
- Very good level of English (written and spoken);
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Clean driving license.
