GENERAL PURPOSE
Overall responsibility for assigned customers and growth prospects in the assigned territory to meet sales objectives. . This includes coordination of all sales, sales related activities and technical support.

DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for revenue and DSO in the territory and/or the assigned customers
• Management and development of customer base with responsibility for revenue and customer satisfaction
• Develop relations with key decision makers within current customer base and prospects in the targeted industries
• Build and maintain a network with influencers to assure sustainable growth in the territory
• Negotiate total product and service offering with customer: product specifications, price, volume, payment terms, rebate schemes, delivery time, promotional support
• Own the customer: co-ordinate the Technical, Marketing, Customer Service and other functions to optimize the impact on the end users
• Providing customers with the adequate technical information and assistance
• Provide input required for planning and forecasting
• Handling complaints and claims in collaboration with Technology
• Provide market and competitive intelligence. Collecting and reporting competitive activities
• Gaining a better understanding of growth potential within Territory or Key Accounts and define in collaboration with the sales manager the sales strategy.


CERINTE

• Experience within the Industrial Coatings environment especially in Powder Coatings
• Experience within selling chemicals for surface pretreatment of all kinds of metal, selling adhesives for the woodworking and construction industry as well as adhesives for the assembly application – it can be an advantage
• Good commercial and basic technical background
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS office application
• Flexibility and readiness to travel is a must
• Result oriented, takes initiatives and ownership to drive business growth.
