¿Continuously prospecting the real-estate market in order to identify new development opportunities (investments, associations, partnerships);
¿Analysing the development opportunities;
¿Organizing and coordinating the pre-sales activity (preparing the offers and specifications);
¿Planning, developing and implementing approach strategies;
¿Elaborating investment projects and development strategies;
¿Collaborating with the other departments;
¿ Developing strategies for UE integration;
¿ Evaluating the performance of his/her subordinates;
¿ Identifying the training needs and realizing the training plans for his/her subordinates.
¿University degree in Economics / Constructions;
¿+5 years hands-on experience on the real-estate market;
¿PC knowledge: MS Office, Internet;
¿Knowledge of management, marketing, sales and negotiation strategies;
¿Dynamic and pro-active person, with analytical thinking and excellent organizing and negotiating skills;
¿Strong problem solving and delivery skills;
¿Stress-resistant person, able to meet dead-lines;
¿Results-oriented person;
¿Fluency in English.
