RESPONSABILITATI

YOUR ROLE: Responsible for developing Business Development strategy, implement strategy and deliver tangible results for the mixed-use real-estate Cluj project. Responsible for the management of the Business development team and accountability for its results. Direct and coordinate the proposed deals in order to fund proposed business structures, maximize investments benefits, and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for leading the Business Development team;
•Accountability for successful attainment of Business partners by providing Business Development team the tools they need to deliver top quality Financing Partners and Anchor tenants/Partners for the Cluj project;
•Develop and manage the Business development budget; Monitor/benchmark competitive activities that would affect the project;
•Develop partner database which includes Partner and prospect information, mailing list applications, partner history; Follow-up on prospective leads;
•Validate market research and define prospect sources and opportunities by working closely with marketing; Undertake background research on target Anchor tenants and Partners within respective industries and sectors;
•Initiate, follow-up and Negotiate with senior Government officials or public authorities, potential Anchor Tenants/Partners from various industries, financing institutions (i.e. private equity funds, international banks etc);
•Propose conditions, coordinate and monitor external consultants;
•Manage deal flows under his/her jurisdiction and perform preliminary deal analysis in order to structure proposals and coordinate necessary files preparation (i.e. business/projects proposals, business plans, investment memorandums etc.) for investment/term debt/credit underwriting process, through private funds or EU structural programs;
•Structure proposals and business arrangements suitable for strategic alliances and Anchor Tenants/Partners in line with Project objectives;
•Negotiation of terms and conditions in line with project needs and constraints; Set objectives and strategies for each business partner;
•Team up with Marketing department for ideal public relations campaign communications tools for prospecting.


CERINTE

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•University degree or equivalent level achieved through demonstrated professional experience with concentration in Investment, Big Four Consulting Companies, Business Development and Marketing preferred. MBA or other equivalent qualifications desired;
•At least 3 years in senior private equity, banking, M&A, corporate advisory or business development services. International exposure is a must; real estate deal experience would be considered a plus;
•Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with Senior management in all types or organizations;
•Proven track record in developing, administering and implementing business development programs;
•Sound business judgment; financial and credit analysis skills;
•Good knowledge of real estate financing and deal structuring, with an established network of contacts within the sector;
•Good knowledge of EU structural funds policies and principles, programs and application requirements;
•Strong time management skills and very strong organizational and planning skills;
•Self-starter, hands on personality and excellent interpersonal skills; able to continue a task or assignment through to completion;
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
•Very good computer literacy (efficient use of the computer and Microsoft Office applications); Proficiency in assembling presentations or financial/presentations reports;
•English language fluency; oral and written.
