We are a leading English books distributor, with over 10 years of experience in the English Language Teaching market. We are currently undergoing significant expansion in both product range (non-ELT) and channels (e-commerce) and we are looking for an experienced business development/sales & marketing manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, contact and develop relationships with potential new clients (schools, bookshops, other institutions)
- Create and implement a sales and marketing strategy for different market segments
- Gradually build a sales and marketing team as business grows
- University graduate
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales (business development), preferably in the publishing/book distribution industry
- E-commerce experience a plus
- Excellent English
- Initiative and independence
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Genuine curiosity. Passion for books a plus
- Ability to think strategically and to develop long term relationships with clients
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong MS Office skills
