RESPONSABILITATI

To identify new prospects for our client in the bill payment environment
To sell our client proposition to new prospects
To conclude bill payment agreements for signature by a Board Director
To work closely with the operations team and Marketing Manager to implement the agreement on our client terminal
To work within the commercial policy of our client Group and local variants communicated by the Managing Director
To manage Service Level Agreements with the clients
To undertake regular account management reviews
To maximize future revenue from existing clients
Produce and action a development plan for each key client (including a profitability model) which indicates the actions required to improve the profitability of each account
Design and implement a contact plan for each key client which ensures/defines regular contact with key directors/managers
Report both internally and externally the results of all conversations/meetings with key clients, the issues outstanding and actions/deadlines agreed
Ensure key clients are retained
Gather and communicate intelligence concerning our client’s competitors in the market place
Initiate and manage negotiations with key clients
Develop strong working relationships with the sales management teams in order to ensure that agreed initiatives are effectively implemented
Agree terms for preferred supplier status where applicable


CERINTE

Strong spoken and written English
Proven experience of major account relationship management.
Customer service orientated.
Proven organisational and project management skills.
To have proven experience in developing new business.
Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills including presenting to large groups of people.
Excellent attention to detail and good organisational and facilitation skills.
Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Word and Excel.
Account Management experiences
To be a sales/account manager or field representative in technical or service industry.
To have experience of business-to-business customer service management.
To have knowledge of utility or payment markets
To have customer service experience
