For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the Real Estate field, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Identifying, negotiating and managing relationships with partners, having a short and long-term vision;
Identifying, prioritizing and pursuing new and existing opportunities;
Generating his/her own ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective partners;
Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic partners and developing a deep understanding of their long-term business strategies;
Negotiating and closing complex deals;
Working other internal departments to understand their strategic priorities and creatively identify partnership opportunities to support those priorities.
Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment;
Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals is a plus;
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the business development field in the real estate field.
