Role Purpose:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) for Infrastructure Solutions and Cloud is a customer and partner facing role responsible to develop, manage and support the line of products and services, to maximize sales lead generation and enable the achievement of revenue targets and market share growth, as well as to develop and maintain a direct relationship with key customers.



Main Responsibilities:

The person to be appointed will be expected to successfully:

Follow the roadmap of launching new products and services;
Analyze the technologies and market trends to write detailed product requirements;
Extend the existing roadmap;
Coordinate related product design, development, professional services and operational activities from definition to development to stabilization;
Define together with the sales organization the prices and promotions;
Develop sales kits for all solutions in the portfolio;
Follow and monitor the competition;
Refine the market segmentation;
Analyze the sales results for the associated portfolio of services;
Assist the sales team to achieve sales revenue targets;
Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting;
Support the sales organization as the product expert in customer facing processes;
Evangelize company’s vision and technology solutions to assigned accounts, articulating those solutions in a credible way up to a C-level audience;
Become a trusted advisor for the customers;
Maintain the relationship with suppliers and all other departments (marketing , sales, presales, delivery and support);
Perform gap analysis on assigned customers’ needs and map our solutions portfolio to generate additional pipeline and drive wins in cooperation with sales organization;
Follow the company strategy and objectives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

University degree in IT or Business, preferably with focus on a technology field;
A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience with focus in consultative and solution oriented sales approaches in the IT industry;
Proven experience in account planning, sales strategies development, lead generation, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and pricing proposals;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Exceptional follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills;
Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment;
Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions;
Self-motivated, high energy individual who exhibits sense of urgency in all sales and business development related activities;
Capability of successfully managing and motivating virtual account teams;
Results oriented;
Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (Romanian and English);
Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers and partners.
