This person will contribute to the development plan and target list (which already exists), whilst focussing on business development activities;
He/ she will manage the client relationships until a full transition has taken place to the implementation team, constantly updating the consultants who will implement the project and the client, ensuring both parties have the relevant information needed to ensure positive results.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Consultant, a high-potential professional who is commercially minded, having the ability to identify, win and manage ¿Romanian key accounts expanding to surrounding countries. The ideal candidate would be someone who has either worked in a consulting company before, or within a multinational in environments where he has been exposed to high-level professional practices. He/she should posses:
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, ability to win confidence and build trust within large organisations and companies and effectively lead meetings with senior-decision makers;
- A positive attitude, with a results-oriented ¿can do¿ approach;
-The ability to work within a successful team where individual and team performance is of equal measure.
