MORE Group has available a position for:
Business Developer – Organizing events and Sales representative.
The position requires administrative support, handling information requests, performing front and back office activities including market reports / analyses, meetings with market players, organizing events, contacting / dealing with sponsors and participants.
• Market research: field and online research for different sectors of Romanian economy, for the implementation of specific projects;
• Developing market research materials meant to inform the company’s executives of the current status of the market and business opportunities;
• Conducting research interviews over the phone and in person;
• Planning / organizing company events;
• Developing a database of potential sponsors for the events organized by the company;
• Establishing collaboration with sponsors for company events;
• Planning the participation of company members to events;
• Maintaining a good relationship with the company’s partners;
• University degree; Preferred in Marketing;
• Excellent usage of English in reading, writing, understanding;
• Italian, German, French or other languages are an important advantage;
• An (argumented) interest in interacting with people and sales is a must
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• 1-3 years previous experience in similar positions is an advantage;
• Honesty, interest in working as a professional and developing a career;
• The ability to work under pressure, handle challenging situations and meet deadlines;
• Understand tasks and establish priorities;
• Organize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously;
• The ability to work as part of a team and cooperation;
• Excellent communication and „people” skills;
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm;
• Decision-making and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Able to deliver what was assigned;
