- Assure profitable growth of the company
- Search for new customers especially among transport authorities, fleet owners, vehicle importers and producers and develop prosperous business relations with them.
- Efficient and growth oriented management of existing customer relations
- Continuous market survey, analyzing and reporting
- Survey public tenders and manage the company???s or its customers' participation in them
- Make offers, take orders and monitor their fulfillment.
University degree: Preferably in Business Administration with a strong and good sense of business
- Proven track record in selling top of the range human resources services
- Good sense of business, proactive and dynamic person
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to take decisions
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good command of English.
