- Reporting to the SOFTWARE Director, the BUSINESS DEVELOPER is responsible for all steps associated with sales process.
Managing existing accounts;
- Developing new business opportunities within existing accounts while increasing account knowledge and updating strategies for account development;
- Providing customer service to current consultants and clients within the account and creating a professional customer relationship
- Generating sales leads, cold calling; ;prospective clients and establishing strategies to develop business and sales in new clients
- Understanding and supporting customer needs and hiring cycles;
- Preparing and delivering effective proposals to customers;
- Working in a team environment, providing feedback, and coaching the recruiter population.
- University degree in IT&C (or similar);
- MBA is a plus.
Skills required for the position:
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience in software products;
- Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, especially within the SOFTWARE INDUSTRY;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts;
- ENGLISH is a must;
- Available to travel within Romania and ABROAD.
