Works with line Managers to develop annual budget;
Analyzes the competition (e.g. pricing strategy, incentive strategy, merchandising strategy, profitability, product line strategy, internal/external politics, etc.) and understands the impact of how business decisions impact market share;
Acts as key liaison for information flow & feedback between potential partners and Company’s team.
•University degree;
•English language fluency (oral and written);
•Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with Senior management in all types or organizations;
•Strong time management skills and very strong organizational and planning skills;
•Must be a self-starter, hands on personality and excellent interpersonal skills;
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
•Experience in retail and business development;
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications;
