RESPONSABILITATI

• establishing and implementing the sales plan in accordance with the company targets
• actively following the sales plans and forecasts
• actively contributing in establishing the prices, the delivery, the invoicing terms when necessary
• increasing the turnover of the company
• collaborating with the Country Manager & the team in order to take corrective actions related to the sales, if necessary
• keeping up-to-date the clients database and the financial reports
• maintaining and building close and long-term relationships with the clients and providing support in your area of competencies

Grafton Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Business Developer, with minimum 2 years experience in business development/sales, preferably dealing with services and holding a degree in Economical Studies. We want a person who can grow and develop a business, as well as his or her career. This means you need to have the potential, the willingness to act and the ability to carry out the selling process, mainly based on a consultative perspective. You should also be result-oriented, capable of working with dead-lines and targets and have a sound knowledge of sales techniques.
